Services and Eligibility
Q: What types of services does Fingers of God Care offer?
A: We offer a range of tailored supports, including Personal Care Alternative (PCA), Supported Community Connection (SCC), Host Home arrangements, Medication Assistance, Transportation Services, Home Support & Safety Checks, and Community Connection services. We are approved to provide IRSS, PCA, NMT, CC, and SCC.
Q: What is the primary population you serve?
A: We provide tailored support to individuals living with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Do you only serve adults?
A: No, we provide services and support for individuals living with developmental and intellectual disabilities from infants to the age of 17, in addition to adults.
Q: What is the Personal Care Alternative (PCA) service?
A: Our PCA service provides 24/7 care and support with day-to-day activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, meal preparation, and maintaining good personal hygiene. This care is provided in company-owned homes.

Q: What is the difference between PCA and a Host Home?
A:
PCA: Our staff provides 24/7 support in a company-owned residence.
Host Home: This is an amazing shared living situation where a staff member provides 24/7 personalized support in a private residence which is not company-owned.
Q: How is your staff trained for Medication Assistance?
A: Our staff on all fronts are trained to administer medications, ensuring the emotional and physical equilibrium of the individuals they are serving at all times.
